Below is the pricing for the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) edition of Web Information Center. We also offer an Enterprise edition that can be hosted within your own organization. For more information on the Enterprise edition pricing, click here.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Pricing
Hosted by Pragmatic Software, this is economical for small and mid size companies. Features can be purchased ala-cart.

The cost is $30 per concurrent user per month and includes 1 feature. Additional features are $5 per feature month. There is a one-time setup fee of $399. The cost includes future versions of the software, unlimited support, unlimited named users, unlimited projects, and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. There is no long term commitment.

¹ The Support Ticket management includes setup of 1 public support page. Additional pages can be added for a one-time cost of $399 each.
² Shared Documents include up to 10 gigabytes of disk space for documents. Additional storage is available at a cost of $200 per month for each 10 gigabyte increments over the original 10 gigabytes. You can normally store about 10,000 documents with 10 gigabytes of data.
³ Monthly billing is done via credit card. We also offer quarterly billing via purchase order / invoice.

Discounting Policy
We offer no-haggle pricing where every client gets exactly the same pricing. We offer volume discounts and discounts for non-profits and educational institutions. Below are our discounting policies:

20 or less concurrent users – Retail price
Between 21 and 29 concurrent users – 5% discount
Between 30 and 49 concurrent users – 10% discount
Between 50 and 75 concurrent users – 15% discount
Between 76 and 99 concurrent users – 20% discount
100 or more concurrent users – 25% discount

A 5% discount is provided for a long term commitment (1 year or more). Non-profit and academic institutions get an additional 5% discount.

Concurrent User License
Our license is based on concurrent (floating) user licenses. This means that you can set up an unlimited number of named users to use the software.

For example, if you purchase a 20 concurrent license, 20 people can be logged in at the same time, but you can have as many named users setup to use the software as you desire. This licensing structure requires substantially less licenses as compared to a traditional named user license structure.
