Windows based Software for Tracking Contacts
 Pragmatic Software Company Inc. announced sweeping enhancements in the latest release of
Address Database Professional (http://www.AddressDatabasePro.com), a
windows based contact manager and personal information manager.

an easy way to manage their lists of names, addresses, phone numbers, and to
quickly print mailing labels for people in their list.", says Steve Miller,

offers small businesses an easy way to track detailed notes about each contact

Contact Management
Address Database Professional version 5.0 allows small businesses to attach one
or more notes to a contact and allows them to flag the contact for follow up.
This allows businesses to keep track of all the things they have talked with a
contact about and provides an easy way to identify contacts they need to follow
up with.
To-Do List Management
The latest version also contains a to-do list manager, allowing users to track
to-do lists items and track the progress towards those to-do list items. A
visual calendar appears, allowing the user to quickly view calendars for any
date.
Filtering and Mailing Labels
With Address Database Professional 5.0, small businesses can filter their list
of names quickly, allowing them to print mailing labels for a list of selected
names. For example, a filter can be created that shows all contacts that
are in Oregon, have purchased a specific product and who has a contract that is
nearing. Filters can be created and re-used so that they can be quickly
accessed. Once a filter is run, mailing labels and envelopes can be
printed for all contacts that are filtered.
Custom Reporting
Another improvement in Address Database is the ability to create custom reports.
Address Database already contains pre-defined reports (like Address Books, Phone
Listings, etc), but the latest version allows users to create their own reports,
with the fields they desire, a specific sort order and with their own logo
attached to the report.
Holiday List
Both small business and home users can use the new Holiday List feature to
quickly mark the people they wish to send holiday cards to. Once a contact
is marked on the Holiday List, the user can quickly print mailing labels for
everyone in their holiday list.
Network Version
For small businesses that need to share contacts with different team
members, Address Database Professional version 5.0 offers 2 network editions.
The first is a 5 user edition and sells for $ 231.99. The second is a 10
user license for $446.99. A single user license is $59.99. For
small, mid-sized and large businesses that require a fully web-based contact
management solution, Pragmatic Software also offers a different product,
