Obra's prior web site did not have the ability show floor plans of their homes and lacked the ability to allow visitors to correspond with Obra Homes marketing personnel. Pragmatic Software suggested that the site be updated with a fresh new look, allow posting of floor plans and home information, and to allow visitors to request more information from Obra Homes representatives. The "Contact Us" feature has been wildly successful, generating more than 300 targeted leads for Obra Homes each month. The typical request is from visitors that are ready to purchase and need more information about financing and home features.
