The Lee Evans Group enlisted Pragmatic Software Co., Inc. to provide a new look to their existing web site and to allow the Lee Evans seminar managers to maintain those seminars on-line. Prior to finding Pragmatic Software, the Lee Evans Group contracted with web companies to update their seminar information. Each time seminars were changed, the web company would bill them for the changes to the site. Pragmatic Software suggested that this information become dynamic, allowing the seminar managers to update seminar information on-line and schedule new seminars without incurring additional costs. "The goal of the new web site was to provide a more visually appealing web site that was also more functional, says Steve Miller, President of Pragmatic Software Co., Inc. We changed the site from a white brochure-look to a more contemporary look, with colors that matched their logos and other marketing collateral. In addition to the new look, we also implemented an "administrative site" that allows Lee Evans personnel to add new seminars and update existing ones. It included scheduling of seminars and making changes without the need of a web design firm. The Lee Evans Group has been very vocal about how well the site is working and how easy it is to schedule seminars and events.", adds Miller.
