Allow Support Team to Connect to your PC
At times, we may need to connect to your PC to assist you with technical support. To enable us to do that, we use a software product called Remoteus by Rex Partners. It allows a secure (encrypted) process of connecting to your PC. Once done with our session, you can easily remove Remoteus from your PC. To activate Remoteus, click the link below:
To use Remoteus, click the link above. It will ask you if you
wish to Run or Save the file (choose
Run).
This will install
Remoteus on your PC. Once installed, a Remoteus icon
appears on your desktop. Click the Remoteus icon on your
desktop, then following the simple instructions (a couple of mouse clicks). After this, we can access your PC.
