Steve Miller - Vice President of ALM Solutions

Steve Miller is Vice President of ALM Solutions for AutomatedQA, responsible for formulating strategic goals for the ALM offerings.

In 1999, Miller began development of Software Planner, a complete web-based Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool.  Released in 2000, Software Planner has been a huge success, now servicing over 70,000 subscribers. 

Miller's vision for Software Planner is to offer products that offer practical solutions that are better than it's competitors, are affordable for small companies but scalable for large organizations. 

Miller's emphasis on technical support has won accolades from his clients, as his support team provides a great client experience, responding to support request in minutes instead of days.

Miller has over 24 years of experience in software development, project management, and software architecture.  Miller writes for several electronic magazines and creates  a monthly newsletter that is distributed to over 100,000 software engineers monthly. 

Miller is a graduate of the University of Alabama, with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Corporate Finance and a minor in Computer Science.

Jennifer Mollitor - Software Planner Project Manager

Jennifer Mollitor is the lead Software Planner Project Manager, setting the technical direction for the product.   This includes the oversight of the software architecture, analysis and choice of development tools, project management of major releases, and oversight of all quality assurance initiatives.

Ms. Mollitor also meets regularly with prospects, clients, and the marketing team to set the direction of new product features, staging them for completion in scheduled releases.

Ms. Mollitor has been instrumental in formulating the technical roadmap for Software Planner's software architecture from the very early stages of development.  Prior to joining the Software Planner team, Ms. Mollitor held positions in all areas of software development, including programmer, systems analyst, senior software engineer, software architect, and project manager.

Ms. Mollitor graduated from University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and a minor in Mathematics.
